Admittedly, this page has little, if anything, to do with travel. But I can only afford one website, so...

Some of my spare time at home is spent on creative pursuits. I do community theater acting and directing with Theatre of Dare, spent six seasons acting and writing dinner theater shows for the OBX Mystery Dinner, teamed up with friends to do three 48 Hour Film Challenges in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and have participated in a few fun little writing exercises/contests with an NYC Midnight and Writer's Playground LLC.

I'm a long way from a Pulitzer (or Oscar or Tony), but it's a great little creative outlet when I'm stuck at home in the 9-to-5 world. Maybe call it vacations for the mind.
